📱 Mobile Allowance Instructions & Rates – Punjab Govt. Employees
Mobile Allowance is a fixed monthly reimbursement provided to Punjab Government employees to support official communication needs. Over time, its rates and eligibility have been periodically revised through various government notifications.
The initial allowance came into effect from 01-Oct-2011, and has since seen changes in December 2011, August 2020, and most recently in July 2021 after the implementation of the 6th Punjab Pay Commission. Each revision defines distinct rates based on the Level in Pay Matrix, not on group classification (A, B, C, etc.).
